Programs
Our programs are built on the club’s values and follow Canada Basketball’s Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model. Each stage supports athletes as they grow — from learning movement and basketball basics (Active Start and FUNdamentals), to building skills and game knowledge (Learn to Train and Train to Train), and finally to developing advanced performance and competitiveness (Train to Compete and Train to Win). This pathway ensures athletes build strong foundations and are prepared for success at every level of the game.
